Being into healthy ageing and having a keen interest in supplements and innovations in science, I am always on the look out for new and interesting things. I must admit, the LifeWave X39 Patch has taken me by surprise. This is a company that has been around for 15 years and I didn’t know about it!

I have joined as a member to have access to cheaper prices and I have just recently bought the X39 patch wanting to try it out.
My husband is going to be the main test subject (willingly of course!) Since having had throat cancer, radiation treatment has left him with no salivary glands, which makes it very difficult for him to eat and he does struggle with energy levels constantly.

Who is LifeWave.
CEO and founder of LifeWave is David Schmidt. His formal education includes Biology and Management Information Systems completed at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. LifeWave Technology
The LifeWave non transdermal patches are made from organic substances (which are recognized as safe by the FDA) being sealed in a large molecular shell. This material self assembles into small crystalline structures (liquid Crystals) which become like small antennas. This substance is then placed between two pieces of medical grade plastic which is also water impermeable, now it becomes the final product. The patch.
How Does It Work?
The patches are designed to trap the bodies broad spectrum infrared energy when placed on the skin, and their small formed antennas then begin to reflect back only a programmed narrow band of light back into the body. This is known as low level light therapy or phototherapy.
Light therapy has been used for over 40 years since lasers came onto the market. So what’s so good about it? It has been known to reduce inflammation in the body, also promoting wound healing and tissue repair, reducing oedema and reducing pain. The patches DO NOT put drugs, stimulants or chemicals into the body and each patch product works to activate different responses within the body.

The X39 patch was designed to stimulate our own stem cells. How does it do this? By a patented form of light therapy.
This light therapy increases a copper complex peptide GHK-Cu which is naturally occurring in all of us and declines with age, by the time we hit our 60s, this peptide would have dropped by a whopping 60%! So what is so important about this peptide? Well, evidence seems to suggest that is critical to normal body function.

- The experience for one person is not the same as another.
- The cost can be a bit pricey for some.
- Not everyone likes the MLM model even though joining is not necessary.

My Conclusion
In my mind this company and its products could not have survived this long if they didn’t work. I appreciate that we are all different, and experience healing in different ways and time frames, one persons experience will be different to somebody else.
Testimonials vary considerably, with some experiencing changes within a day while others will take a couple of months to notice anything different. I believe it is worth giving it a try, both my husband have invested and will keep you updated weekly below.

We have been on the patches for just over a week now. My husband has reported that his knees have stopped hurting after climbing up and down our stairs, we are monitoring this to see if this improvement continues. I have noticed that he seems less stressed. As time goes by we will know for sure.
I haven’t noticed any significant change, although I am sleeping very well.

This week brings a real increase in energy for both of us. I went to Pilates yesterday and breezed through the class, even increasing the springs on the reformer. I have another two classes this week and I will see if it is the same for those. Overall I feel well and alert. I do have a pain in my right shoulder that is still there…waiting to see if that improves as well. My husband is waking up alert and springing out of bed, he loves bed…. not seen that before!
